After years of working recruitment and HR Management we grew tired of companies complaining how hard it is to find good talent. The reason this is, is that 85% of the workforce, while open to new opportunities, have not been given a tool that makes it easy for them to source new opportunities - so they rely on being contacted by recruiters.
